I just finished my FAFSA and am waiting to hear back them. I am going to take academic classes and psychology classes. Later I will transfer to an online college to get my master degree in mental health counseling. During this I hope to do an internship here. I'm excited
@gayle3655 nice
Step 630 of my Growth Path!
@GlenM Not much. This is overwhelming and I am sad. I have been feeling my feelings for over a year.
Just keep breathing, and if I forget my subconscious will take over! So no worries!
One foot in front of the other. One day at a time!
Tomorrow has tomorrow's worries.
Yesterday is gone!
Only have this precious present moment!

Take every word of advice you would give me, and give it to you back from me, and from yourself. Let your emotion propel you back into service to yourself!
Many of us out here have been cheated out of happiness by scum that seek to control us.
Learn to love yourself enough to control yourself. Take back the wheel and start driving yourself into better surroundings. Its an actual fight to balance this but you have all the skills to suceed and let go pain and fear, so you can get mad at that self impossed oppression.
We must "Be", our own best freind!
Onto Step 60, has done wonders for my internal dialect and general attitude! Seem to be doing more things throughout the day too!
I'm learning to be okay with myself. More accepting and less judgemental. I'm getting there slowly.
I have completed my growth part step number 70 and what I've learned is to see the emotional side of me as a third person and that way I can calm myself and not need emotional support each time I have a emotional reaction π
@DONOTBEAFRAID2113
Wow... thanks for sharing that. I was super emotional today and was having trouble calming down without reaching out to another person. I plan to try that right now... to see myself as an emotional third person. Thanks for the coping tool!
That healing takes time. Our own time and not when someone else says it's time. Go through our emoticons. As it is human. But find something that brings peace even if it seems tiny . One day we will look up and that pain will be gone. We are going to do this πππ
