~ Step 110 ~

I learnt that I don't need beautiful things or hundreds of friends to be happy. I learnt that happiness isn't materialistic, but spiritual. I'm overcoming my anxiety and high functioning mild depression, all with the help of God. He showed me this site, and this is where I met so many wonderful people. They inspired me to move forward. Whenever I'm feeling grey, they (sometimes unknowingly) give me the strength to continue.

I love you guys, thank you. <3

Just joined my first committee on 7 cups. I am trying to learn to open up to others and rathr than just connecting with a listener each time I come in, I thought it would be beneficial to join a group and start building a supportive network. Each day I hope I am getting one step closer to getting to a better place.

I'm feeling like I can handle my anxiety alittle better. . .but i'm also learning what triggers me. And, that's not so good. . .There are some people in my life that trigger me.
