Made it it 70
Every day I'm healing a little bit more and things are getting a little easier
Each step brings a little bit of strength with it. It will take time, but Im going at my own comfortable pace.

Just realized through a chat yesterday, if I try to use breath work to calm down from a panic attack and focused breathing triggers my PTSD, I can use other methods like 5+4+3+2+1, five things I see, four things I hear, 3 things I feel, two things I smell and one thing I taste to bring me back to the present. I can also use either something cold or something hot to come back to the present moment. I usually use essential oils or acupressure points, but if they don't work I have other tools that don't depend on breath! I can also sing, or hum, or do a chant, which will take my focus off the breathing focus! Thanks 7cups community!
