Step 50 completed!

I learned that for every problem there is a solution. I learned that if I truly commit I can do anything. I realised that I don't have time to fail anymore. I learned that I'm both stronger and weaker than I sometimes think. I learned that I am very far away from my end goal, but the steps to get there are slowly unfolding for me. I've learned that my future is bright.

Step 110. I learned to practice kindness with myself.

I mean in the last 15 years, not in these few steps.

@GlenM One thing I learned is that there is that you can always get help from the people that care about you, and that you are not alone

Step 110.

I've learned that it is ok for one to just say no to others. I love using my mom's words....Please do not make your problems MINE...I have more than my share of problems.

I have not been taking care of me because I USED to handle everyone else's. Yeah this is cool. Me time....WOW !!

~ Step 80 ~

I learned a little more patience, and to not get upset by small inconveniences.

130! Sometimes the journey is more important than the destination.... unless you're trying to recover from something

Always think logically to keep yourself from spiraling. Even if things get extremely crazy and overwhelming and even dangerous there is always a way to find a way out with the least possible loss

Like I don't have to k!_ll my$_elf because I hate how things are going at the moment and feel bad about myself. I could just skip one assignment or ask for help or change my schedule and still be decently successful in the grand scheme of things
