Ooh and environmental self care xD I was confused too haha, there could be different ways of seeing it, like caring for the environment in general so as you said to reduce plastic waste, plant treats etc, also it could mean to create a safe environment for yourself, where you feel calmer, comforted, supported etc. 🥰
