At first this seems ignorant.
The thing is when I search myself I find the issues I'm dealing with are thoughts I'm unwilling to seperate myself from.
When I remember death, suffering and grief and loss is a part of life I can step back and stop fighting it so much or let anything and everything trigger me. It still does, I'm still falling and have problems and get upset and am unable to take a step back from my thoughts but at least I'm working on it through meditation, work, videos and courses.

fun fact u know eid right so like thats the only two holidays our family celebrates and this year one of the eids is during my exams so i dont even get that lol.
And my sister is going to have spring break from Monday for two weeks 👍🏻😭

whaat thats amazing :0 exams in Ramadhan is super common here. And now cuz of my tw travel sickness i cnt fast on exam days so i can take a tablet to avoid tw throwing up 😭. Its a mess
And yea eid was supposed to be fun my dad will be coming and we’ll be in our house by then but nope bio exam right after eid and ironically islamiat exam before eid :/

it shouldn’t be common tho D: we only had 2 weeks at school for ramadan and I’m in break now- the 2weeks we had school- we’d go home early- from 3:05pm to 1:00pm and on fridays it was 12:00pm. we didn’t have any hard work- lessons got shorter too- from 1hour to 45 minutes- first 3lessons were 45 minutes and the second 3 lessons were 40 minutes. no exams/tests/homework and even GCSEs would be taken after ramadan.

we hv shortened school timings too, and in government colleges snd schools theres spring break and eid hols together, like my sis having, but exams are still common 😔😔
