@mytwistedsoul I heard that too, I know from experience geese are super fearless, in ancient Rome they even had this festival honoring geese at the Colosseum where they had a whole show of dogs being killed while geese sat on pillows watching because the cities dogs didn't warn the Romans of a major attack but the geese did.
@genericbeing That is so cool! Not the dogs of course, but that the geese warned of an attack and had a festival honoring them. I know they do make a loud fuss if things aren't alright where ever they are. I might have to give some serious thoughts about getting some!
@mytwistedsoul Donkeys are also supposed to be fantastic defenders, they're highly territorial and farmers will actually rent them to protect their farm animals from outside things like wolves which they will kick or bite their ears refusing to let go until the ear comes off.
