Hi, I'm brightlcicle2822!
After seeking help from someone (Dr. Jordan Peterson) who cares, doesn’t judge, and most importantly listens without bias, I’ve been fascinated about and valued how relieving it feels to overcome feelings of stress and anxiety. Everyone has their bad days, and there's nothing to be ashamed of seeking help for your mental struggles. In fact, be proud of yourself in recognising those thoughts and taking action!
Growing up, I was always a foodie and have been incredibly blessed to be eating all kinds of food. I'm also a huge fan of tennis. Novak Djokovic’s mental toughness, strength, and resilience has mesmerised me (not to mention the 2019 Wimbledon Finals), and I have never witnessed someone so resilient to the almost unbearable pressures, and complete in their game. I also can't ignore the fact that I love travelling to a range of places when I’m able to.
I hope helping those who aren’t feeling at their best will further inspire me to become part of the mental health sector :)
