I am here to listen and to lend support where I can, I have been using 7 cups for nearly over 8 years as a means to support myself. I think it's time I lend an ear to those who need it!

Hey all!
I hope everyone is well!
As some of you members know, I have been in the process of moving house. I have finally moved 90% of my life into the new place, however, there are still things to be done in the old place. I have come back to see so many of you in such better places, working on your paths here on 7cups, reaching out to therapists and booking sessions, having those uncomfortable conversations with loved ones to improve relationships/mental health, it has been so positively overwhelming to see the change in people's growths!
I am so proud of each and everyone of you, and you should be proud of yourselves! I am back and should be able to talk to you all more after this past week, but just know if it does take me a bit longer to respond than usual, I am still finishing things off.
