I have two listening styles that I can use to help you feel at peace in your life: 

Goal Setting
I enjoy helping people set goals to improve their lives. Whether it is for improved mental health, addictions, or whatever it may be, I'll be happy to help you set some goals for it. I will listen and try to understand your experiences the best I can, and hopefully that will help you understand your feelings more as well. I will try to help you find the right path you should go in for yourself. I may point you to some resources that will be helpful, but I will never tell you exactly what you should do or what your goals should be. The most important part of goal setting is accountibility and I am more than willing to help with that as well. I can check up on you monthly, weekly, or daily to see how things are going with your goals and make any needed adjustments.

Compassionate Listening
I am here for you, and if you don't want to set any goals, you just need someone to chat to about what you're going through, I am happy to help with that. I love helping people. so just being able to share a little bit in your suffering is worth it to me.
