@SoulfullyAButterfly I joined today out of desperation I guess.
Lost my husband when we were both 33 ..to cancer. Then I lost my momma. Last year before Christmas my house burned down and I lost everything I loved. Now anxiety runs my life. Im always afraid now.. always afraid my new house will start on fire or something bad will happen and I cant afford therapy.

It is true that our past alongside traumatic experiences can bring anxiety and overwhelming feelings into our lives. I am sorry to hear about the losses as well. I am wandamx26. I came here to work on my anxiety because I have been experiencing a lot of that recently. Things have been tough for me lately, I quit my last job looking for a new one but still have no luck.
I am 16, I am Mexican but speak zero Spanish. I also like to practice Judaism in my free time and abide by all Jewish laws,including but not limited to: not eating swine, and not mixing meat and dairy. When I was 14 I read whole the Torah.
