Usually I will do what I like, I like to read manhwa, when I am sad and then If i read manhwa, I can feel their expression of sadness, happiness, etc., it makes me forget about the problemsÂ
Either let it all out to ease out the emotional weight before gathering myself with a breathing technique and re-evaluating what made me that upset. Either self-talk or journaling helps me out. Then, treating myself with something to my liking (like a comfort food and comfort film).

I usually just stay in bed and try and understand why did i deserve those thing that happened to me
Honestly, I just sleep most times. I tend to overthink, so sleeping is pretty much the only way to get some slight rest.
