beat off, cry, rot in bed, watch stupid videos, and hope at least one of thise will make things marginally better
If i am at home I go swinging or watch a t.v show with my mother. If I am not I call my sister.

I go to my room alone and cry. Then I try to drink some water, take my meds, and wake up more able to face the day.
I have some go to videos I'll watch to help me laugh and smile when im sad. The Game Grumps Super bunny man playthrough always helps, they're just really silly with each other.
Lately I've been watching Legends of Ivantris on YouTube, they run DnD campaigns and are a really funny and charming group of people.
If I'm feeling lonely ill go on twitch and chill in a loving community, usually art streamers.
Talking with my friends helps too. I usually only get to spend Sundays with them. I'm just always exhausted after work and can't manage to do much outside of work, home, watching things or gaming some, and sleeping.
I've been trying to clean at least one thing a day, and that helps me feel a little better sometimes, house work, cleaning, and cooking are alot for me and it's gotten to a point where it's too overwhelming sometimes especially with laundry and dishes, they're just never ending. I'm trying to get into the habit of doing one thing a day though so that it's not so overwhelming.
Sometimes I'll color my hair or try to organize things, it really depends on my energy levels
