I like drawing. I draw my feelings out, it mainly comes out as scribbles though. Sometimes something else. I tried showing other people, but they said it was weird and I should quit. But I like drawing, so yeah.

When I'm sad, I tend to listen to music. Or talk to someone.
I will be sad
Most of the time I will talk to my husband (who is deceased) I just talk, sometimes I will start to cry or if I am home I will go to sleep.
@NoJudgingNoAdvising For me, simple distraction is best. Talking with friends, watching a TVseries/movie, studying a language, or playing some videogames.
Writing talk to someone watch a movie read a book read quran and paray for allah
I simply observe the thoughts and feelings until they subside.
