Cry......listening to Kpop or any kind of music.......go outside n get sum fresh air.............writing down about my feelings.

I think writing your feelings is a good way for avoiding overthinking...

Negative emotion never helps the situation it just makes you wanna cry I always like to think about what and who I have that will help me and be there for me no matter what.

The best way to cope with negative emotion is to breathe and find something to do. If you have nothing to clean or do inside, then go for a run or a walk, take some photos. Anything to relax, breathe, and release some energy so you can sleep the remaining off.

Trying to be thankful for what you do have. Do you have any friends? Any family who love you? Do you have food? Shelter?

If you're not dying a slow painful death of terminal illness with no friends or family while being homeless and starving, then it could always be worse. Focus on what you have to be thankful for. Everyone has their moments where there will be negative emotions you can't seem to push through, but don't let it last and consume you. You have so much more to be grateful for. 💗

Every one thinks that his/her bad situation is the worst one....

But when you imagin the more bad situations you may be in.... You would be thankful to God...
