3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

2. Call with university researcher on how to better build out the HOP
3. Corona Virus call with WEF to better understand the nature of the virus and to begin to think about ways we can help

Awesome Glen! I believe with all these restrictions to go outside which are already in place or coming up people will need much more help and even if it's just to talk to somebody so that they still feel connected to the outside world.
1 - I went to supervision today (I'm a trainee therapist so have to go more often than I will when I qualify in a few months time) it was helpful for lifting my mood and helping with my client work.
2 - I reached out so some friends to connect and will meet up with them soon.
3 - I took time out for myself to chill out and prioritise my 'to do' list

1. I finally am opening my heart to someone I care about. I'm taking my time because love can't be rushed.
2. I have done over a year of tarot readings for myself and others occasionally.
3. I applied to another job that I really wanted to work at. I just have to keep up with it.

@LonelyStardust94 just wanted to say that I relate a lot to this. It can be daunting reaching out after trying to deal with it (whatever "it" might be) on your own, especially if people haven't been so supportive in the past, so kudos to making those steps towards healing and progress!

2) I volunteered 4 hours at Love Inc
3) I did the dishes when I got home

2. Took a 30 minute walk on my treadmill.
3. Finished a good book.
