Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

1. DJ event with @Caringbrit was super busy and amazing

2. Editied discussions for mindfulness community and wrote 3 new ones

3. General support check in post and help wanted to see who wanted posts moved to next month

My latest 3+ things to support our Community since last posting:

- Had 3+ hr long chat with someone in serious situation. Gave them therapy link. Hope they use it.

- Had 2 1/2 hr long chat with someone about breakup. Maybe they might get back together now.

- Got Awarded Badge for "Reconnection Hero I" Yay!

- Updated my profile yet again to make it even more interesting. Getting compliments, too. Yay! I always give Members my profile link in very first message so they can see who I am and see if they think we'd be good to chat together and if not, I link them with someone from the Listener Browser page if they say they'd prefer someone else.

- Trying to figure out why after I have multi-hour-long chats with constant messages, but I only get credit for 1 hr chat at most usually. I don't really care but it seems strange how things work here sometimes. I think it's good to let others know so maybe they can either explain or fix things.

Hello! Ive never posted anything like this anywhere, and I feel like my problems are kind of insignificant compared to other peoples, but Ive been really stressed/anxious lately and I find myself upset even when I dont have any reason to be. Ive also noticed Ive been dissociating a lot lately and I dont know how to stop it. Also I overthink literally everything and I dont know how to stop that either.

@thoughtfulMoon4097 Heyyy! Your problems count too, When we are stressed/anxious things can seem bigger and more overwhelming so we overthink. You sound very brave to me and have taken a great step by coming here and opening up a little, maybe try a listener 1-1 too? Feel free to message me if you would like.
