The 10 minute challenge!
Feeling depressed? Hard to get back into hobbies, passions and things you loved to do?
We're gonna try! Just 10 minutes a day for a start! Any healthy offline activity is welcome, some ideas:
- Journaling
- Exercise
- Meditation
- Brain training games (puzzles, or even learning a language would be cool!)
- Creative endeavours
- Studying special interests
- Reading
We're gonna aim for 10 minutes a day, don't feel bad if you can't do 10 right away -starting with 5 is totally acceptable! Perhaps in a few weeks we'll be doing 15 or even 20 minutes! Who's with me :D? Feel free to join us here and in SR 💖

I love the challenge. I have been exercising for 10 minutes the last two days. I will work on doing 10 for today too.
I did journaling two days ago too.

I exercised today for 10 minutes. I should add one minutes everyday until I reach 25 minutes, which means more 15 days and keep working out after them forever lol! I don't know how but yeah challenging everyday matters.
I think of a good reward then, as every morning I feel a bad feeling about exercising despite mum is joining me everyday.

I had some work for today:
1. walking for 10-15 minutes, I don't remember exactly.
2. Studying my medication tapering off plan.
3. Meditating through listening to music and sitting beside the sea.
I love this challenge and coming to this post everyday :)

I:
1. exercised for 15 minutes
2. Worked on an assignment with my friend
3. Talked to friends on cups which I deal with as a good task to do everyday

@Spockette - while I'm happy to say I deal with more anxiety than depression these days - yes! I'm in. I spend way too much time on 7cups. I love doing activities knowing other people are maybe doing something too. This will be fun!

비 means rain
새 pronounced as sae means bird 🐦 basically
😂 Been fun getting comfy with characters
Today I translated a song from English to Dutch and made it rhyme/be accurate. I also studied some German.
