The 10 minute challenge!
Feeling depressed? Hard to get back into hobbies, passions and things you loved to do?
We're gonna try! Just 10 minutes a day for a start! Any healthy offline activity is welcome, some ideas:
- Journaling
- Exercise
- Meditation
- Brain training games (puzzles, or even learning a language would be cool!)
- Creative endeavours
- Studying special interests
- Reading
We're gonna aim for 10 minutes a day, don't feel bad if you can't do 10 right away -starting with 5 is totally acceptable! Perhaps in a few weeks we'll be doing 15 or even 20 minutes! Who's with me :D? Feel free to join us here and in SR 💖

Ok, this wasn’t on the suggested list but today I let myself sleep as I was tired and have not been sleeping enough in general but the extra sleep is me being good to myself. Also, I been cooking more which for me is a joy.
Keep going, guys! We got this. :)
I stumbled on this thread tonight and it's just what I needed to push me back to exercising which I have neglected for a few months. Tomorrow is day 1.

Love this! I like how the challenge has a variety of options so you can do something healthy even if you are not physically/mentally able to do physical activity
