Once you have read and understood please take the following quiz. The quiz consists of a variety of questions including essay questions that test your comprehension. In order to move forward to the next week and eventually receive your certificate, you need at least a score of 12/14. If you get a less score, dont worry you can submit again.

What is the main message of each chapter?

In chapter 7 (create more leaders), the analogy of passing the torch stood out. I resonated deeply with it because the original leader can experience burnout if they control all departments of the community. In addition to that, the community may also be unstable if it is dependent on one leader. Hand-raisers who are already passionate can be groomed to become great leaders.

The main message in chapter 8 (supercharge your leaders) is to equip the leaders chosen with the necessary skills to lead and make a difference.

How does each chapter apply to 7 Cups?

7 cups practices chapter 7 (create new leaders) on a daily basis. The community encourages the team participants to take on roles such as forum supporters, room supporters among others.

If there's ever a community that has done a great job in supercharging it's leaders (chapter 8) is 7 cups. From trainings to mentor programs, leaders in this community are more than equipped to face the challenge ahead of them. For example, the leadership program trains upcoming and current leaders to take their mantle and step-up.


How can YOU help with the aim of each chapter?

I can help propagate chapter 7 (create more leaders) by identifying leadership positions that I am passionate and signing up for a supporting role at first. This will enable me to grow.

I can push forward the chapter 8 goal (supercharge your leaders) by taking part in trainings and academy programs. I could also consult with mentors and encourage other cuppers to do the same.
