Walking is my main interest and I struggle with mobility some days โฆ I do have a cane in passionate purple lol ๐ย
I have run deep water and shallow water aerobics and a moving for health classes for decades. I can no longer do that now but loved every minute of it.ย

Yes love it comes in handy on low mobility days but in good days I walk 4km takes me long long while though

I did Leslie Sansone for years when I was short on time... or when I wanted to add more steps to my day. She is the queen of step-exercise and a great place to start with at home workouts.
My hubby did them with me as well when we were competing for steps (with Fitbit) lol.
