I have direct experience with dealing with a number of acute and severe mental health crises, such as bipolar and schizophrenia, as well as chronic and “life-related” issues such as depression, relationship issues, and generalized anxiety. I seek to help individuals relax and have faith that things can and will be okay. I prefer an orientation that integrates eastern and western psychological understanding. Active listening is a strength and is something I am looking forward to providing to individuals at 7 Cups.
