Somedays I'm just going to be tired, and it's okay not to be up to the whole habitual shibang. But putting one foot in front of the other can get me through even if I have to do a little of it on autopilot.

My illness, my trauma, may not be my fault, but it is my responsibility, for me, to heal and manage it. I get what I put in. So even when I am tired, just getting myself to log on to do that one path jump a day even if it is something as simple as what I am grateful for or a breathing exercise might not have been my goal, but it can keep me from backsliding.

I have learned that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The hardest part is taking that first step. Day by day it will get easier.

I'm learnt that you have to listen to yourself and not listen to negative feedback some negative feedback is good for you but a lot of it isn't and you have to listen to your heart and your gut and eventually will find what you want to do that's what I learnt from that step and if you do listen to your heart you will be happy and comfortable and content
