I learned that i can take care of my emotions and dont need someone else to take care of them for me. Selfcare.

I can do and face all with God/higher power/creators grace and presence!

I've got to let things go, I'm doing the best I can. Simple, but something I have needed to learn.

I'm working on learning to accept the anger and negativity that others have towards me without letting it tear me down.

I'm struggling with anxiety for several years. It's really hard but I've learned to accept it and try to relax. That's what I've learned from the past year.

@anyone ... I want to report milestones on projects that matter to me but am so disorganised with the projects I care about.

... is there anyone in this audience who is personally good at walking a person (me in this case) through the steps involved in big, hairy (personal but creative) projects? I have a lot of bucket list projects that weigh on me 'cause I want to do them but am at a loss for how to approach them in a systematic, meaningful, day to day way. I work alone because I cannot afford to pay an assistant, let alone a team. I struggle with getting and staying organised with all there is to do so I have few milestones to proudly report here or anywhere! It's frustrating. Please message me if you have any ideas or thoughts for getting a real, sustainable system in place for myself so I can see a project through from start to publishable finish.
