wow 300 steps. I've learned so much tbh but above all I've learned to love myself and accept my past. I've learned to ask for help and to communicate what I feel what I think bc yes my opinions and my feelings are valide and important. I've learned to forgive and forget to not hold grudges and to cherish the small things in life. I've learned that I can count on and trust my husband and I've learned how to effectively and positively communicate with him I've learned our respective love languages and that I am stronger than I think. I've learned to say no as well.

@GlenM

To take a moment to breathe and to let myself know that 'it isn't the end of the world - I am going to be okay'.

@GlenM

You are not alone. Somewhere someone has, or is experiencing exactly what you are. You can do this!

Reached step 70.I've learned that not being able to do all I like to do or others want me todo is ok for a chronical ill person.

Step 170. Ineed to remind myself to stop and fill my tank - not when it is nearly empty but when it is just less full. I am doing really well at the moment and I intend to keep it that way. One thing that helps me feel good about myself and life is having economic safety. That means I have to be strong work hard and make goals - Because succeeding fairly well economically is an important thing for me to feel safe and happy.
