This sucks

In the last 50 growth steps, I ...

1. Continued to speak up and speak out. Ive read several posts complaining about abusive, bullying, or harassing behavior here and I would like it to end because thats not what 7 Cups is about. Therefore, I posted about it on forums and feeds in order to bring that behavior out into the open.

2, In an attempt to back up my rant posts, I have posted some positive threads, such as a relaxation image thread on the anxiety board and a comedy thread on the kitchen table thread. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Trying to make positive posts and support those who would like to keep this a safe place is my way of cleaning up the Cups. ๐Ÿ‘

I learned how to calm down from being excessively nervous. The whole deep breaths and mindfulness thing. I often look forward to the meditation steps in my growth path
