I've learnt over here that I'm not the only one with my problems and that others have had similar hardships too and we're all struggling in very similar ways, just in opposite sides of the world, so we feel like we're alone in this even though we're not. I've also learnt that telling people about my problems and reaching out doesn't always work. My set of problems are too big for the normal person and I shouldn't burden then with my issues. I shouldn't try to explain myself to everyone and keep quiet about my depression. No matter what everyone says, people in the real world really can't deal with my emotional baggage at all and I should hide it as far away from eyesight as possible or the consequences will be dire.

As someone suffering from depression, I sometimes find it difficult to run away from negative thoughts. With meditation and self-love, I learned to be ok with them, to turn them into positive opportunities for personal growth. I

The time has now come to make action moves to make my next dream reality. I am so over worries about failing and of success. I am so over stagnation. JUST DO IT.
I just finished step 60. I come on here when I feel super anxious or upset, and do the practices in the downtime.
The goal is not to eliminate bad days but to become more resilient to weather those bad days when they come and appreciate the good days.
It's okay to be angry with someone who hurt me and let them know it was not okay, but accept that they may never apologize.
I just completed step 170. I feel stuck iife and struggling with forgiveness.
I've learned at this step to take advantage of all the tools at 7 Cups - The chats, the forums, the group chats, the self help guides. Each offers something useful.
