I feel like I can't do anything on my own and no one would let me do anyway after failing the first time

Step 231! I just started wondering that I could be going through a mid-life crisis. I'm only 40 and deal alot with depression and anxiety as it is. I don't need that added to the mixture.
Officially 15 days clean. Doesn't sound like much at all, but 2wks clean is the best I've been in a while, and I made a chart to track my progress. For the first time in years, I'm not just trying to get better... I want to get better, and that is what I hope makes the difference.
