Mental health is taking care and advocating for one’s self to make sure that you stay on the right tract on being a priority for yourself! If you don’t take care of your mind, body and spirit everything else will fall out of sync and havoc will ensue.

It's a Rollercoaster especially if yu have bipolar 1 along with it. You have mood swings like crazy. Then you are depressed. Then irritated. Then your happy Then all of a sudden next thing you know you are crying and you don't know why. You don't know what triggered it. And then if that isn't enough anxiety kicks in. I'm just glad my ptsd doesn't kick in with it. Everything kicking in at one time gets overwhelming. To much stuff going on to keep your thoughts straight.
