Mental health is how we think, feel and act.

Sometimes we all need help in managing it.

something that has become so much more taboo to talk about. I love that we as a global society have come to accept mental health and it has become so much more normal to talk about what you are going through with others. So many more people in public eye have come out and said they are dealing with mental health. I follow the NBA a lot and watch a lot of basketball. Seeing that DeMar DeRozan and Kevin Love were vocal with struggling with mental health was a real eye opener. It makes me feel not so alone.

@CheeryMango

understanding that it's okay to have bad days and that it's okay to not feel your best, but not only learning how to manage and identify those feelings but also being able to ask for help when you need it and feel your best as much as possible in the healthiest ways possible
