Bio
Hi there and welcome, 😀 I’m Rosie, a verified listener and I’ve been here on 7 Cups for four years. As I’ve gone through some difficult times myself, I know just how good it is to have someone you can talk to.
As I’m passionate about mental health I’m here to listen and be there for you. Please be reassured I'm non judgemental and want to help make you feel supported and heard. LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈
If I’m not online then please feel free to leave me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. My only ask is that you please share a little about what it is you’d like to chat about in your message, thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: I’m here to listen and chat…NO sex chat. I do accept casual chats. I'm not comfortable with sexual health related topics. As I follow the community guidelines, I do expect you to as well.
If you need immediate support, please browse for a listener who is online.
Thanks
Rosie 🌹

🌹 One of my favourite quotes;
When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hold on.
🌹 A few things I remind myself of;
‘Staying positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days, you know that there are better days coming’.
’Everyone you meet is going through something that you have no idea of. If you can’t help then at least be kind’.
‘To get a rainbow you have to first deal with the rain’ 🌈

🌹 When away from 7 Cups I find the following helpful to relax;
Reading, swimming, walking my dogs or sitting out in the garden with a nice cuppa.
