Hi there and welcome, 😀 I’m Rosie, a verified listener and I’ve been here on 7 Cups for four years. As I’ve gone through some difficult times myself, I know just how good it is to have someone you can talk to. 

As I’m passionate about mental health I’m here to listen and be there for you. Please be reassured I'm non judgemental and want to help make you feel supported and heard. LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈

🌹 A few things I remind myself of;

‘Staying positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days, you know that there are better days coming’.

’Everyone you meet is going through something that you have no idea of. If you can’t help then at least be kind’.

‘To get a rainbow you have to first deal with the rain’ 🌈

...See more Hi everyone, Where has the month gone…time seems to go so quickly and whoosh we’ve now stepped into September! How are you doing?  For me, work has been so very busy and taken up so much of my headspace. It’s only now it’s slowed down a little that I’ve been thinking about self care. I’m definitely prioritising my self care. I do enjoy a bit shopping so yesterday I had a lovely day out. Retail therapy certainly works for me! I feel great too..
