not always, but they can help me: to write in my diary what I am feeling and thinking, to walk and listen to music at the same time, to talk about it with my boyfriend, to watch that 70s show, to make a list of things I have to do (makes me feel less anxious since I create a plan to solve the problems), and to sing.

A fresh, hot cup of coffee always seems to do it for me! If I'm having a particulairly rough day, I'll go to a coffee shop and get a mocha or a latte. wink That's just a quick pick-me-up, though. I generally find that 10 - 15 minutes of cardio exercise with my favorite music on helps me feel better for the rest of the day. A nice long walk helps, too, for days when exercise is a bit out of my reach.

Ditto on the long walks. Especially with spotify and a cool breeze in the background - it's one of my favorite combinations.
