Affirmations are short, generally positive, statements or phrases that can help challenge negative or challenging thoughts. Affirmations work by leading to long-term changes in the way we think and feel, and so many people find them helpful.
While there may be many affirmations you can look up on the internet for several topics, writing your own affirmation for yourself, generally or for a specific challenge, can be powerful on its own.

The problems sometimes we all face is we get overwhelmed when trying to do everything at once, if we do get to that point, rest, reform, and knock your goals off one at a time, as the saying goes, life is a marathon, not a race, but do not let this be a form of procrastination, or back sliding, as we only have a limited time for certain things, better to go with the seasons and do as much as you can in a timeframe set. As jim rhon says, do not major in minor things, try to major in major things. The river flows in one direction, so sometimes we also have to with it and while on our boats pick up pieces along the way. Hope every one tags in their small to medium priorities, as much as they also fullfill their big goals.
