Our Favorite Affirmations
Affirmations are short, generally positive, statements or phrases that can help challenge negative or challenging thoughts. Affirmations work by leading to long-term changes in the way we think and feel, and so many people find them helpful.
While there may be many affirmations you can look up on the internet for several topics, writing your own affirmation for yourself, generally or for a specific challenge, can be powerful on its own.

People do genuinely suck and have limitations and have messed with you; you're not crazy for knowing the truth...Just keep going and working on yourself: You're doing really well considering the circumstances.
