@usefulWaterfall9518 is a God-send. I was going through a really rough week and I really needed someone to just listen and empathize with me. She didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what I needed to hear and that helped me a lot. Listeners play such an important role here, you literally make people go from feeling hopeless to seeing the brighter side of things and seeing how all the bad stuff was just another storm.
