Hello friend! I wish to make a positive impact, and help in any way that I can. I have found 7 cups to be a very helpful and personally enriching experience for me, and I hope to give back to this community. :) I believe everyone is on a unique path, and we all need help and each other's support as we experience hardships or difficulties in life. I love hearing other people's stories, helping people heal via medicine, and trying to live a healthier life, mentally and physically. I believe I can provide the most support in the categories of depression, anxiety, weight management/ exercise motivation, supporting a spouse or close friend in recovery, and college life.
