Hello! My name is Jordan Haddock. I am 32 years old, and I have struggled with sever mental illness for most of my adult life. It's really hard to get back up when life knocks you down, and it feels like it gets harder and harder every time you try BY YOURSELF. Once I got the help I needed from others then I was able to really start to get better.

I love playing music. I play piano and guitar and it gets me through my worst days. I also enjoy video games and spending time with my family. I'm not a trained therapist, but I am college-educated and have been to over 1000 hours of therapy including inpatient, outpatient, and PTSD specialized therapies. I'm walking this struggle right next to you and would love to help and give back in any way I can.
