A little bit about me

As a child, I haven't lived in just one place, instead, in a different countries, which didn't allow me to make and have friends. I was also born with asthma, which limited my activities, so I spent most of my time indoors.



Growing up, I realized those things happening to me (the wheel started to tackle on me): I became lonely → lacked self-esteem → anxious → sleep deprived → depressed.



While I am currently healing from depression, I see and believe that the most affective way of the healing proccess is talking it out with someone, just by telling someone who cares about you that you have a certain thing going on, might help you, and aid them to do something to prevent this cycle that leads to unhappiness.
