...See more Recently, my depression has been getting worse. Like, a lot worse. And as my depression gets worse, it feels like I cant concentrate at all. I keep trying to do my schoolwork, but it feels impossible for me to concentrate at all. No matter what I do, I just cant focus at all. Its starting to get really bad, and at this point Im starting to get really worried. Today, I couldnt concentrate on anything at all. Not my phone. Not a book. Not the TV. Nothing! I really dont know what to do, and I just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this too? Thank you! Alex :)
