I am a university student studying in her 3rd year studying psychology. I hope to become a counsellor, therapist or clinical psychologist in the future. I would like to gain more experience in communicating with those that need it. My goal is to help others in situations that are affecting their mental health as this would also impact their physical health. I want people to who are going through experiences that he affecting them very badly mentally and physically that there are people like me that can help and will be here to give support.
