I'm a 22y old psych in training. I've had some good and bad therapy throughout my teen years, been through some breakups, and nursed an eating disorder to maintain a sense of control after failing to get into uni. Someone saved my life here on 7cups one day in 2016. I hope that I can do one-eighth of that for someone else. I'm here to listen, but really I hope I can help you hear yourself.
