Bio
Aspiring Clinical Psychologist. I am a BSc Psychology graduate, working as a Recovery Support Worker and also doing my MSc Psychological wellbeing in clinical practice. Outside of work and studying I enjoy travelling. I believe travelling reveals the diversity of life and its manifestations. It helps me learn a lot about the different cultures in different parts of the world. It is the best way to open my mind as meeting new people makes me realise that there is no single way to lead life. I regularly practice meditation as mindfulness helps me evolve around acceptance, pay attention to my thoughts and feelings without judging them. In addition, it helps me improve my physical and mental health significantly, allowing me to be more productive and enthusiastic at my work.
