I have feel a great sense of accomplishment on how my listening skills have improved over the past few years. I am here to help listen and give suggestions if needed, if not then just knowing you're not alone and an ear to listen to, That I can provide!  Sometimes we all just need someone to think outside of the box with us in order for us to grow and progress in life someone to ask us those questions we haven't thought to ask ourselves. A healthy practise to go alongside with mindfulness which will balance mind body and soul is self love as well as outward love for those around us. I geniunely believe if not all, that most people are trying their best with the tools they have been equipt with, Lets build eachother up not tear eachother down!
