Hello Everyone!


I've been active listening since 2014. I am in a long term relationship, with 2 fantastic children and 1 amazing beagle puppy named Coco!


I work in healthcare emergency preparedness. I have plenty of real life experience with crisis situations, response and teach courses in building therapeutic relationships for mental health staff occasionally.


Everyone has ups and downs in life and talking to a listening ear is often the first step towards personal growth.  I'm here to talk about anything. I promise you patience and kindness to the best of my human ability.

...See more I was searching Google looking for websites for some help. I was having some medical problems, chronic pain, etc causing me to be anxious and depressed. I was so impressed and happy with the results I got from 7cupsoftea listeners, I had to become a listener myself and try to help others. :)
