I have lived for several decades with Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety and other Mental Health issues as well as chronic physical health problems.
I really believe that my experiences and those of others I've met online and I real life through the years will help me (along with being a natural empath) to be able to understand you and if I can't relate, I'll still do my very best to be as supportive as possible.
I'm from the UK and the only language I am fluent in is English.
