I am a kind-hearted and caring individual, here to listen to you attentively and hopefully help you feel better. I will try my best to offer you ample support, encouragement and guide you gently through your worries. I have had personal experience of depression, anxiety, panic attacks and OCD, so I am best equipped for support in these areas. I am more than happy, however, to listen non-judgementally to any other difficulties you may be experiencing. The only topics I don't discuss are sexual in nature or anything to do with romantic relationships.
