Hey thanks for checking out my profile, I’ve been on this site since the very start of 2019.
I do a lot of work inside 7 cups, but also keep in mind I have lots of work outside 7 cups. I do volunteering on the side of work & study and have experience in many different settings but can’t go further into it. (Not a doctor etc and I can’t give any professional advice on here)
My involvement with 7 Cups
Group Support Mentor Leader (Retired Currently)
I previously managed the communication and supported the implementation of community feedback relating to group support via bi-weekly community meetings and liaising directly with the admin of the group support domain. I was also tasked with recruiting new chatroom moderators and mentors, and helping them in their role as a wider responsibility of my mentor leader position.
Global Chatroom Moderator (Current)
I am a moderator in all of the group support rooms, meaning I assist to keep the rooms welcoming, safe and appropriate. I’m also part of the trauma support leadership team, and am specifically a moderator on the leadership team there as well, which I also host discussions for as well as a discussion leader.
Group Support Mentor (Current)
I assist with the welcoming of new chatroom moderators and room supporters regardless of their chosen communities that they’re specifically supporting.
Listener Chatroom Mentor (Returning After Long Break)
I used to provide support to the listener support rooms as well, as mentor and moderator. Helping to keep the chats supportive and I was tasked with assisting with questions from listeners, as well as chat support and peer support.
Adult-Teen Listener (Current)
I have been approved through an interview to support both, teen and adult members and listeners.
Quality Mentor (Current)
I support listeners with their quality of listening by providing feedback, mock chats, and long-term mentorship.
Doorkeeper (Current)
I have the ability to access the Chatroom Management panel where I can open and close all the 100+ listener and member chat rooms. If you’d like a room open in order to host a discussion you have scheduled please do feel free to send a message.
Chat Supporter (Current)
I support the answering of chat related questions whilst listeners are actively taking part in member support chats, without breaking any confidentiality. I also help those who have been impacted negatively by a member chat.
Safety Team Outreach Member (Current)
I reach out to users whose profiles have been flagged as violating the community guidelines, providing a chance for them to correct it before any further action is taken.
Community Mentor Leader (Retired)
I used to manage the Newbie Hub sub-community where it was my role to onboard and support new community leaders, as well as manage discussion scheduling and supporting existing leaders too.
Anonymous Evaluator (Retired)
I used to anonymously evaluate listeners by posing as a member (authorised) to get information on their quality of listening and then report back to admins.
Support Team Leader (Covered within GSM position)
I previously co-led the Support Room 24/7 Coverage project which aimed to provide quality listening support to those in both teen and adult Support Room 24/7. This project was successful for a few months and then it was no longer operational, hopefully can get it back around with more support to continue it in event of leader(s) going on break.
Academy Mentor (Retired)
I used to assist students of the Internship and Leadership Development Program with keeping track of their progress and supporting with any questions or concerns.

I am always open to questions as messages, so feel free if it’s that otherwise I will not be able to respond. *I may go online to take chats at my own discretion, if I have the green dot next to profile picture, I have chosen to accept and will take the chat*
