Bio
I firmly believe in the significance of social justice and work to foster an environment that is welcoming and inclusive of all people. I've had experience working with people who have anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders as well as those who are looking for help with issues of self-worth, identity, and personal development. I'm here to listen and to offer each of you a secure, accepting space where you can explore your issues and take steps toward your own recovery and self-discovery.
I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with my friends and family in my free time. I am committed to lifelong learning and professional growth in addition to being grateful for the opportunity to help people on their way to development and wellbeing.
