I don't know if I'll be able to soothe your mind. All I can do is promise you that I will try with everything in my heart.

I have experienced drug abuse, a broken heart, being bullied, feeling suppressed by parental pressures, obesity, and being depressed by it all. I am in the process of turning my life around with exercise, forgiving my shortcomings, understanding my loneliness, working on my self-esteem, managing my weight and finding a meaningful place in my career.

Just another soul walking by, hoping to do good to others and to himself.
