Hello! My name is Cole, and I am a trained active listener as well as trained in CBT, NVC, and other powerful tools we can talk about. I was diagnosed with depression and struggle with it to this day. I have reached a point in my life where I have learned many powerful techniques and tools to explore that have helped me come out of the dark in many beautiful ways that still help me daily.
